Naturalization applications conclude with a citizenship interview. This interview is conducted at a client's local USCIS office with jurisdiction over the application. This interview consists of a written exam to test English fluency and a Civics exam to test familiarity the government and history of the United States.
The Naturalization process concludes with the applicant making an oath to support the United States Constitution and with a renunciation of any allegiance or fidelity to any other foreign state or sovereignty.
The Bae Law Group provides material and thorough preparation for Naturalization Interviews. When necessary and appropriate, we also prepare and file applications to waive the normal testing requirements.
