Naturalization is the reward at the end of the long immigration journey. It is the process through which most eligible Lawful Permanent Residents become citizens of the United States. The naturalization interview is usually the final step in that process. All applicants for Naturalization are interviewed in order to test the applicant’s knowledge of rudimentary English and knowledge of United States civics. Where possible, we assist clients in finding exemptions to the English and Civics requirements and assist clients minor criminal or immigration violations issues.
Prior to the interview, Bae Law Group attorneys will meet with the client to review the interview process, review immigration documentation, and prepare the client for any issues that might arise. Where necessary, a Bae Law Group attorney will accompany clients to the interview to provide additional assurance that the interview will go smoothly.
